1. 2. Catalytic mats are consumable, under normal production conditions can be used for 1-2 years. When replacing the catalytic met, must guarantee the inner sealing. The gap between the catalytic block and the inner tank should be filled with insulation cotton, which cannot leak air. Otherwise, it will easily lead to catalytic failure.
3. When the temperature is abnormal, the thermocouple, heating pipe may be damaged, the catalyst mats poisoning or the seal is not good.Please check regularly.
