Mobile Self-checking laser diameter gauge

Function:
1. Manually set survey time, diameter of line and deviation value.
2. Cycling survey for each line.
3. Alarm when the diameter of line is beyond deviation value.

5. Auto-adjust the thickness of the enamel film: Install a laser diameter gauge to check each line diameter before winding, and adjust the speed of the enamel roller according to the measured line diameter data size, so as to adjust the thickness of the enamel film.

Oiling station

Oiling station:
1. Stainless steel oil sink, and level can be adjusted and be readwith display.
2. Coasting with roller and felt, and the oil quantity for coasting can be controlled through speed of roller.
3. Stepper motor is applied to roller, and rotate speed is 0.3-40 r/m.

Painting Rotation Rate Detection Device

Advanced：
Many precision components are applied in this speed detection alarm system, which including AB Switch Encoder, sensor, variable speed motoretc.

Function:
This speed detection alarm system can continuously monitor the rotation speed of roller in stable, and
feedback the data. The system is alarmed once the roller is stopped, trembling and encountering other
abnormal situation.
